 The patient is rapidly approaching end stage renal failure, however, he does not have end stage renal failure as of yet.  He has not reached anuria (no urine excretion), Sp. Gravity is above isosthenuria, and his glomerular filtration rate is above 15%.  Hence he will likely develop end stage renal failure very soon, however, he does not have it yet.
