5)       Does the microscopic result for RBC correlate with the chemical test for blood? Why or why not?

 Yes it does.  The sensitivity of the chemical strip is 5 rbc/μL (~3 rbc/HPF) which falls above 2 rbc/HPF (i.e. the patient could have 2 rbc/HPF).
