Acute Glomerulonephritis.
The recent streptococcal infection is a cause of glomerulonephritis.
The physical examination of the patient also indicates an inflammatory
disease. This is further supported by the presence of WBCs in the
urine without any bacteria. The presence of blood along with protein
in the urine suggests that the problem is occurring at the glomerulus itself.
