McNair Scholars Research Conference
and Graduate School Fair Advance registration is recommended. Attendance is limited, and registrations will be honored in the order of the date received. Written confirmation of registration will be sent. Registration fee includes instruction, materials (including conference booklet), graduate school fair, T-shirt, cultural events, and all conference meals and refreshments. Conference fee:
$295 Participants may register by mail, fax, phone, or via the Internet. WEB -- If you will be paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), please click here for secure Web-based registration. PHONE -- Have your registration information and credit card or purchase order number ready, and dial 302/831-1171 between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST weekdays. MAIL -- Complete a registration form for each registrant (photocopied forms accepted) and send with full payment - using check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or purchase order - to “University of Delaware” at the address on the form. FAX -- Complete a registration form for each registrant (photocopied forms accepted) and fax with full payment (using credit card or purchase order) to 302/831-0701. (Sorry, fax cannot be used when paying by check.) Cancellation and Refund Policy: Fees may be refunded (less a processing charge of $50) provided the refund request is made in writing and postmarked before September 25, 2009. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds will be mailed after the conference. In the event that this program is rescheduled or cancelled, the University of Delaware is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
