There are more than 200 emergency phones located on the campus- both inside buildings and outdoors. These special phones are easily identified by the distinctive blue light on top. Any time someone on campus is in need of assistance, he or she can pick up a phone and be connected directly to personnel in Public Safety. The caller's location is automatically identified to the dispatcher, who can then provide assistance.
