  Completed Fall 2003
  • Add question ID "(#23)" after question for question bank and assigned questions. Example: The instructor is one of my best teachers. (#23)
  • Admin: determine method to review assigned instructors. Clone "View Assigned Questions"?
  • Write help document for entering and changing course evals, how to bring up a new term. (LR)
  • Admin: change assignment of ques to a step-wise process. Options filter according to user's admin privs.
  • Student View: change to new protocol to view col/dept questions. Double check which extract instructor(s) are coming from.
  • if cookies are not enabled, students get "Course evaluations not available at this time." Test for this condition and give this error messae: "Enable cookies in your browser to complete Course Evaluations."
  • Fix edit a question bank question.
  • Admin: participation: add current term to "Search Section Evaluation Results" term pull-down and then admins/faculty can get to participation as usual with NO links to results until 15 days after last exam. Show "Results will be available 15 days after last exam."

    Hope to complete for reporting in January 2004

    1. Optimize query for results pages.
    2. Change the query that is building the admin/instructor report to use the "question order" column. The query is returning the questions in a order that does not match the student view or extract data.
    3. Consolidated report. (course ID sort sample and instructor sort sample)
