- Results Reports recommendations (TM)
- add % of participation to the final report (DONE)
- on brief results use this format for "total: 13/17" where 13 are the number of students who responded and 17 is the total number enrolled in the course. Change prompt to "Total responded/enrolled". (DONE)
- on detailed results add "of xxx" to total (DONE)
- Put purple bar containing "other results" also at the bottom of the detailed, brief and essay reports (DONE)
- Shorten the Evaluation report page. Put course description on a link or remove top "Course Data" section? (DONE)
- Response reports: add "Response tally: received 10 of 20 possible" and link to participation report (TM)
- Add response count to essay page.
- On brief reports change the oval to a triangle so that it more accurately shows the pinpointed results. (LR TM)
Student view: put the course ID line at the top of every page (DONE)
Expand instructors to 6 on the student view (DONE-TM)

- What do we do if no instructor is assigned?
- How do we handle Continuing Education course results?
- Modify SIW1558 to include a past term so we continue to get instructor updates. Remind colleges that once test arrives, no instructor changes.
- Allow faculty to log in to student view for the classes they teach. Do not report faculty responses on the participation report or student response reports.
- Continue to use participation table?
- Use section questions. Enable the college admin to assign section questions. Section questions automatically roll over for next term.(IP)
- Manage staff - allow for view course results (not instructor results)
- Need section specific training view outside of system.
To remain outstanding
- Create faculty/admin "search by terms report" (TM)
- Enable "calendar" admin function
- Code "major" report. (TM)
- Resolve cross-listed courses reporting so there are one eval and one set of results. NOTE: college and dept level questions make this difficult. (TM)
