- since a scale need to be balanced and have an odd number of increments, should we allow a scale for 4 as we said 2 weeks ago? We decided to provide for 4, 5 or 7 range scale.
- should all scales be numbered 1-2-3-4-5 and not allow for A-B-C-D-E?

reporting
- should reports reflect course assessment and instructor assessment grouping of questions?
