Check that instructors are correct in the course evaluation system. Under "View Course Instructors," choose your department to view a listing of instructors who will be evaluated online. All instructors who should appear on the evaluation must appear in this listing. If instructors are wrong or missing, update UDSIS and those changes will be reflected in course evaluations.
Note that "View Instructors" provides two lists - one for all your active courses and one for just those courses participating in online course evaluations. If you use the "View Participating Courses" view, you can double that your courses are listed correctly and the instructors for those courses are correct.
The college/department admin will have a link at the top of "View Course Instructors," which may be used to remove an instructor from the course evaluation. This affects ONLY course evaluations and not UDSIS.
