If you have experienced the death of a family member, friend, significant other, or beloved pet, you may be wondering…

Is it normal to feel this way?
Why am I still feeling this way?
Do others feel this way?

You may be searching for more information or for more support. There are resources available for you.

This support group which meets twice a semester, is open to any student interested in gaining information and support on a variety of topics related to grief and loss. Each session will include a brief topic-based presentation followed by open time to share your concerns with and gain support from other students who have also lost a loved one. The support group will be led by a grief counselor from the local community.
