Registration and Fees

The conference fee includes materials and all meals starting with Thursday breakfast through Friday lunch, plus refreshment breaks and reception. Meal times constitute an integral aspect of the conference experience as they facilitate informal dialogue, discussion of sessions, and networking. Fees are as follows:

• Register by March 20, 2009 and receive the "early bird rate" of $400 per person.
• Register after March 20, 2009 at $440 per person.
• After Monday, April 13, 5:00 p.m., only on-site registration is available, at the conference.
• A pre-conference session is offered Wednesday, April 15, 1:30-4:30 p.m.: Become a Learner Centered Teacher Today! The fee of $95 per person includes a book and refreshments. Available to registered conference participants only.

Attendance is limited, and registrations will be honored in the order of the date received. Written confirmation of registration will be sent. For registration options and special instructions, please choose from the following registration categories:

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Conference fees may be refunded (less a processing charge of $50) provided the refund request is made in writing and postmarked before April 8, 2009. No refunds will be made after this date. In the event that this program is rescheduled or canceled, the University of Delaware is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
