This data was used to calculate growing seasons for each year for several
stations.  The numbers under the month indicates the first or last day
that minimum temperatures were below freezing.  -1 indicates missing data
for that year.  It is recommended that users of this information contact
the Delaware State Climatologist Office if they have any questions.
