Registration:
$20, includes t-shirt for pre-registered runners and BBQ for
survivors. 5K award ceremony at lunch.
- The Triple-Crown
3-race combo--individual or team.
A half-marathon for distance,
a 10K for some up-tempo, and a 5K just for laughs = 22.4 miles all
in one morning!
Registration: $60/individual
(run 'em all yourself!); $75/team (2 or 3 runners, one
runner/race), includes t-shirts,
finisher's mug. The Triple Crown is scored by sum of finish
places (not combined times) among TC runners only--low sum wins
(tie-breaker rule:
faster half-marathon finish wins). Please note the time intervals
between starts; if you finish one race after the next race has already
started, no problem--just grab some refreshments and head out
again! The main objective is to finish!
Answers to Frequently-Asked Questions:
All races start and finish at
the pavilion at the W.S. Carpenter Rec. Area of White Clay Creek State
Park.
Course distances are not USATF certified, but we
guarantee they're at least the distance we advertise.
There is race-day registration for all races, but we will run
out of shirts early.
This event happens rain or
shine; 2003 and 2005 were mudbaths--be prepared for anything!

$6/out-of-state or $3/DE vehicle if you don't.
Directions: Take I-95 to Delaware Exit 1 (896N); stay on

About 2 miles north of town, past Wedgewood Road, the

The park has toilets, phone, covered pavilion, picnic tables,
kids' playground, plenty of parking....
Bring lawn chairs to relax in after you're done running!
