Trail runs in and around White Clay Creek State Park, White Clay Preserve, Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area, Middle Run Natural Area, plus occasional races & other pointless activities. Take a break from pavement! Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome!

Home of the TRIPLE CROWN, the Delaware 50K, the HUMP Run, Stumpy's Marathon, Phat Phil's Phrolic, the St. Valentine's Massacree Run, the Fair Hill Frolic and various other ill-advised adventures.

WEEKLY RUNS:
(for meeting places check map with road names or 1:100K topo )

Check dawgs e-mails first! If nobody proposes anything better, the default runs are:

Saturdays: 8AM from Middle Run parking lot. Take Possum Park Rd. (Rt. 72 connector between Kirkwood Hwy. and Paper Mill Rd.) to Possum Hollow Rd., look for entrance on L, follow long gravel driveway to the bottom. Medium distance, hills.
Sundays: 8AM from parking lot #1 at top of White Clay Preserve in PA (lot with covered footbridge) at N end of London Tract Rd. just S of junction with Broad Run and Good Hope Rds. Longer distance, generally flat.
Tuesdays: 6PM open track sessions at UD behind the stadium (winter months in the fieldhouse; summer 1st Tuesdays at Carpenter Rec. Area) hosted by UD track/XC coach Jim Fischer.
Wednesdays 6:30PM (summer), Saturdays 3PM (winter): Hash!
