Bugzilla: Create an account

UD Bugzilla is an online application that anyone can view with his/her preferred browser (Mozilla, Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc...). Only individuals that have created an account are able to update current bugs, create new bugs, or be copied when bugs are created.

  1. Open the UD Bugzilla Create a new Bugzilla account page. View create a new Bugzilla account image

  2. Enter your complete email address (i.e. user@udel.edu) in the Email address field.

  3. Enter your first and last names in the Real name field.

  4. Click the Create Account button.

  5. A new account is created and a randomly-generated password is sent to the email address that you entered.

  6. When you get the email, go to the UD Bugzilla Login page. View Bugzilla login image

  7. Enter your complete email address (i.e. user@udel.edu) in the Email address field.

  8. Enter the password, provided in the email address, in the Password field.

  9. Click the Login button.

After you login, the Search for bugs page will be presented. View search for bugs image To change pages, click on a link in the yellow box at the bottom of the screen.
