Department/College forms
Departments may contact Maria Mullin, IT-WD, at mullin@udel.edu or (302) 831-3733
to discuss form requirements. These are typically 'fill out and submit' forms
that don't interface with the central systems. IT WD provides tools to email
the form results and collect the form data to a database. Forms may be secured
by a CAS login or not. Savvy users may create their own forms using notes on
this page:
