Webmail: save mail
These instructions outline how to save your mail (either a copy or the original message) to a different folder.
- In the Inbox (or another folder), select the check box next to the message(s) you want to save. Alternatively, you can continue following the steps below to move or copy an open message.
- From the Move | Copy drop-down list at the top right, choose the folder to which you want to save the message.
- Click Move to move the message from your Inbox to the designated folder. Click Copy to put a copy of the message in the designated folder (the original is retained in the Inbox).
If you want to save a message in a new folder, you must first create a folder.
