Group name ^* Provide the name of the group you are requesting. Do NOT include "@udel.edu" or a "ud-" preface. The group name must be at least 9 characters or contain a hyphen. Examples: housing-info, cisc355-010-fall12, or HREmployment.

Primary group owner information

Group owner's first and last name ^* Group owner is responsible for maintaining the group.

Group owner's UDelNet ID ^* Provide your UDelNet ID (also used as your UD email address as in udelnetid@udel.edu). Do NOT include "@udel.edu".

Secondary group owner information (optional)
