Program
With this tenth anniversay symposium, we seek to regather ITUE Fellows for an indepth consideration of the driving forces behind ITUE's efforts since its creation in April 2007. We are organizing sessions on problem-based learning, integration of written and oral communication, effective use of technology, and design and redesign of undergraduate curriculum. The symposium will be anchored by prominent leaders in these efforts: Chris Anson, Dickie Selfe, and Dee Fink, as well as contributions from returning Fellows and other UD invitees. The leadership team for this symposium includes Deborah Allen, Steven Bernhardt, Susan Groh, Mark Serva, George Watson, and Hal White.
This symposium is sponsored by the Institute for Transforming Undergraduate Education and is open to all members of the UD faculty. Graduate students are also welcome to participate; preference will be given to students mentored by faculty members who are ITUE Fellows or are attending this session.
Faculty members from other colleges and universities are invited to attend this symposium. The registration fee per person is $495, which includes instruction, materials, and refreshment breaks.. The registation fee for participants in previous ITUE sessions is discounted to $195. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and accommodations.

Note: There is no registration fee required for participants from
the University of Delaware.
Off-campus participants may register for the symposium by fax or e-mail to ud-itue@udel.edu with information requested in registration forms (Word, pdf), with payment submitted by mail.
Deadline for registration: Friday, June 1, 2007.
