Physics PBL Problem Writing Workshop/Clinic

January 24, 2004

9:00am - 4:00pm

Barb Duch, Ed Nowak, Barb Williams and George Watson will be hosting a physics PBL problem-writing workshop and clinic on Saturday, January 24 that will follow the three-day January 2004 ITUE session, Problem-Based Learning: From Ideas to Solutions through Communication. If you teach physics - at any level - we invite your participation.

Redesign and refinement of problems for introductory physics courses will be a main focus of the clinic, but we will be pleased to work with you on development of PBL problems for any physics course that you may be teaching.

If you are interested in participating, please let us know and we will add you to our list for future mailings (as details become available).

We also invite you to participate in the three-day ITUE session in advance of the one-day Physics PBL workshop. Please contact us for registration details.

This workshop is part of the University of Dealware project for development of Physics PBL, funded by NSF CCLI:
