My work focuses mainly on women’s issues and multiculturalism.  More specifically, my area of focus is on body image, disordered eating and women’s relationship with food as well as women’s empowerment.  In terms of diversity, I focus on multicultural training/development, Asian Americans, and multiracial individuals.  As a therapist, I utilize psychodynamic, feminist, multicultural and interpersonal approaches.
