Dr. Jim Salt is a Policy Scientist with the Center for Disabilities Studies and Supplemental Faculty at HDFS. He has been involved in the evaluations of several systems change grant efforts in children's mental health and disabilities and currently provides grant writing and evaluation assistance to CDS. Dr. Salt tries to incorporate his experiences in the field into his teaching to ensure that students are aware of important trends and emerging practices in the human services. He currently teaches IFST 470 and has also taught IFST 235.
