The Rochester Institute of Technology's English Language Center provides an excellent educational resource for international students studying English here in the United States. This new web site to increase awareness about RIT and other Intensive English Programs will help attract new students from around the world, bolstering RIT's already well-known reputation as a world-class educational institution. Over the last few years, a dramatic decline in enrollment of international students in American English programs has had a profound negative economic impact on our educational institutions. I applaud this new marketing initiative and join RIT in welcoming new international visitors to Rochester.
