TESOL Board of Directors Endorses International Education, April, 2003

The Board of Directors of Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages, Inc. (TESOL) has approved a new policy statement endorsing international education. TESOL urges support for international education and exchange from both governments and other institutions. Also emphasized is TESOL's commitment to promoting excellence in English language teaching to speakers of other languages.
