Visiting IEC

The Institute of Energy Conversion is located in Newark Delaware, between New York and Washington and is well serviced by train, car and airplane. If you are coming from either New York or Washington the fastest option is the train service offered by Amtrak. The fast trains all stop at Wilimington, only a short distance from Newark. From further away, the closest airport is Philadelphia (PHL). There is a shuttle service from PHL to IEC for around $35. Bookings are available online or at the airport. There are other airports in the area but limited shuttles so a rental car is the simplest option. There is ample parking at IEC but be sure you get a visitors pass as soon as you arrive.
