SITE MAINTENANCE
Required:

Designate a page maintainer who is responsible for the web page/site. Maintainers must complete a Site Maintainer Registration Request form to register with the Web Advisory Group.

Review the site at least yearly. If information changes based on the academic calendar or another cycle, review and update the site in that context. 

Use the same web address for replacement web pages as you used for the original pages. If this is not possible, a link to the new page must exist at the original address.

Preserve web documents that have historical or legal record status (for example, UD policy and procedure manuals and meeting minutes) in accordance with approved departmental records retention schedules. For clarification, contact the Director of Records Management and Archival Services.
