Complete the following steps to set up your IE browser to recognize UD servers as trusted sites. This will enable Help or printer-friendly windows to open.

1. In Internet Explorer, go to: Tools-Internet Options-Security-Trusted Sites.
   
   Add the following as trusted sites:
       https://chico.nss.udel.edu
       https://primus.nss.udel.edu
   

   If you use the reporting tool COGNOS, also add https://cognos.udel.edu
   

2. On this same Security tab with Trusted Sites selected, hit the "Custom level" button.
   Look down the list to "Downloads". and click enable for the following two items:
   
   Automatic prompting for file downloads
   File download
    
3. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools-Popup blocker- Popup Blocker Settings.
   
   Add the following as allowed sites:
       https://chico.nss.udel.edu
       https://primus.nss.udel.edu

   If you use the reporting tool COGNOS, also add https://cognos.udel.edu
