UPDATE YOUR DEPARTMENT'S DIRECTORY INFORMATION

One of the most used applications on campus is the UD Directory.

You may provide contact aliases for your unit. To see an example of this, go to the directory, set the department to "Management Information Services" and click on the SEARCH button. The names of the members of the MIS department appear, and the first entry titled "Department Contact" is the alias we added. If you wish to add a generic contact for your department, use this form.

You may also want to add a department alias. If your department title is "Office of the University Registrar," but you believe people may look for you under "R" for "Registrar" or "U" for "University Registrar", you may suggest these aliases. Look through the department pull-down menu on our directory and see if your unit is easily found. If not, write us via the Feedback form and let us know the department name you wish to add as well as the current name.

You may add additional personal information to the directory search such as your fax number, your UD#1 card photo, office hours, or personal URL. These customizable options are be available on the UD Directory page.
