• The MBNA Career Services Center provides a way to recruit students for part-time work. The Center provides information about listing your part-time job.

• The UD Classifieds might also provide good contacts.

You also need to designate someone from your department to maintain and update the page.

When hiring a web developer consider:

• Requiring an example of completed web work. Ask for a URL before granting an interview.

• Requiring a recommendation from a satisfied customer.

• Asking the potential developer to do a simple task on a web page during the interview such as changing text, modifying a link, or inserting a graphic.

• Asking a web-savvy person to sit in on the interview.
