Design web pages to fit within the horizontal and vertical boundaries of most visitors' screens

Required:

To eliminate horizontal scrolling, design pages to fit on a monitor that is set for 800x600 screen resolution.

**Do not use frames on the top-level or on subsequent high-level pages of the UD web.

Recommended:

Limit vertical scrolling to 1 1/2 to 3 screens of text; if longer, break into separate pages. Put important content at the top of the page so that it can be seen in the first screen.

**Do not use frames for departmental pages unless the application demands it.
