Registration and Policies
Policies and procedures
The University is committed to assuring equal opportunity

under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Registration
Program registration is on a first-come-first served
basis. Registrations are accepted by mail, by fax, through our online
registration service, or in person at the Information Window of
the Rust Ice Arena. If you are mailing your registration send it
in no later than one week before the first class. Enrollment is
not guaranteed. Registrations over the phone will not be accepted.
Registrations will not be accepted if the waiver form is not completed
and signed. You will be contacted by an Ice Arenas representative
if no space is available in the class. There are no waiting lists
for classes. Only the office staff or a service representative at
the Information Window is allowed to accept registrations, unless
you are registering online. Please save your receipt as proof of
payment.

Refunds
All refunds and returned checks will be charged a
$20 processing fee. After the first week of all programs only medical
refunds, accompanied by a doctor's note,will be given. Refund applications
are at the Information Window in the Rust Arena. You must complete
a refund application to receive a refund. Refund checks and credits
back on to your credit card take approximately three weeks to be
processed.
Discounts
Before each new series, there is an Advanced Registration
fee that is usually $10 less than regular price. After each Advanced
Registration deadline, Standard Registration fees apply. For families
with multiple skaters, the first family member is full price and
each additional family member is $5 less. Discounts apply to Tot-Delta
and Freestyle/Ice Dance/Moves in the Field classes only. Holiday
Show, Synchro, Ballet and Stroking do not apply.
Missed classes
No credits will be issued for missed classes and no make-ups will be offered.
Skate rentals
Skate rentals are $2 each per person, per item and
are not included in the registration fee. All rental fees are paid
at the Information Window in the Rust Arena lobby. For your convenience,
a Skate Rental card is available; $20 gives you 10 rentals that
do not expire and can also be used during Public Sessions. Families
with multiple skaters can use one card at a time. This card gives
you the flexibility of not having to bring cash each week and stand
in line at the Information Window.
Private instruction
Private instruction is available during the practice
sessions for the Learn to Skate ISI Skating Program. All Private
Lessons are arranged between the Parent and the Instructor. Fees
range from $10 to $20 per 20-minute lesson. A list of the instructors,
their fees and phone numbers can be obtained by asking a staff member
at the Information Window of the Rust Arena.
