In-House Leagues

In-House Hockey Leagues are a great way to have fun while further developing hockey skills. Junior Blue Hen In-House Leagues provide players quality game experience against a variety of opponents without travel. A qualified, professional coaching staff emphasizes improving skating, hockey and team playing skills through practice and game experience. All games for the In-House Leagues are played at the University of Delaware.

A special 14-week In-House Hockey League is offered during the summer.

  • » All games this season will be played during the week (Monday - Thursday) in the Rust Ice Arena.
  • » Each team will play practice in May and then play 12 games with a free clinics each month (May-August).
  • » REGISTER BEFORE APRIL 18TH TO RECEIVE THE ADVANCE REGISTRATION FEE OF $220 ($200 each additional family member)
  • All summer players are put on teams according to the following age levels*:
  • »Elementary School : Ages 8-10
  • »Middle School : Ages 11-14
  • ** Full hockey equipment is required

University of Delaware In-House Hockey Leagues, Summer 2008
 
Advanced Summer Registration (Before 5pm on April 22, 2008)
$220 - for the first player
$200 - for each additional family member
 
Standard Registration (After advance registration deadline)
$245 - for the first player
$220 - for each additional family member
 

*Participants must have completed Hockey 2 in the Instructional Hockey Program or a comparable class to be eligible for the Junior Blue Hen In-House program

The first practice for all leagues will be an evaluation. Teams will be set after this evaluation and schedules will be given out at the next practice. All games will be held in the Gold Arena on Sundays unless otherwise noted on the schedule.. Be sure to check the website for program updates.
