How Delaware Compares is an inventory of the state’s standing on key quality-of-life and economic indicators. By clicking on the Multistate Charts© link above you can quickly find accurate and up-to-date information regarding the status of Delaware, or any other state, among the 50 states and D.C. in a variety of subject areas.
How Delaware Compares is designed to compare Delaware to other states by including it in the first place for all comparisons by default. However, any other state can be used as the reference state by unselecting Delaware and then selecting the new reference state.
How Delaware Compares is a product of a partnership among the University of Delaware, the Delaware Public Policy Institute and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. Development and maintenance of the web site is the responsibility of the Center for Applied Business & Economic Research (CABER) in the Alfred Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware.
