Honors Program Registration Information for Students not in the Honors Program

Eligibility to enroll in Honors courses

Full-time matriculated undergraduate University of Delaware students who are not in the Honors Program must have completed at least 12 credits at the University and have a UD cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher to be eligible to enroll in Honors courses. Priority seating in Honors courses is always given to eligible Honors Program students. To request Honors courses which still have available seats for Fall 2013, students not in the Honors Program who meet the above criteria must submit an Honors Course Request Form starting on May 13.

Students with GPAs below a 3.0 are ineligible to enroll in Honors courses. Any student falling below a 3.00 overall GPA after spring grades are posted will lose enrollment in any Honors courses for the fall semester.
