Policy for using the "pub/shareable" directory on zebra.us.udel.edu
(128.175.8.11):

1.  This directory is writeable by all, but not readable.

2.  Copy the file(s) you would like to share in pub/shareable.

3.  Send mail to the systems administrator at
    sysadmin@zebra.us.udel.edu and indicate the file(s) you 
    would like to have moved to the readable directory pub/share. 
    Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

4.  A reply message will be sent from sysadmin when your request
    has been processed.  Now the file(s) can be accessed in
    pub/share.
    
5.  File(s) will be delete 3 days after the request unless 
    otherwise specified.
