Help with Supported Internet Browsers

Clear Internet Cache and History

Windows-Firefox 2 and 3

  1. At the top of the screen, Go to Tools-Clear Private Data and check
    "Browsing History" and "Cache".
  2. Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

Windows-Internet Explorer 7

  1. On the Menu bar at the top of the screen, go to Tools-Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, look under Browsing history.
  3. Click the Delete... button.
  4. Totally close ALL Internet Explorer windows.
  5. Re-open Internet Explorer and go to the desired web page.

Windows-Internet Explorer 6

  1. On the Menu bar at the top of the screen, go to Tools-Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, look under Temporary Internet Files.
  3. Click the Delete Files... button.
  4. On the next window, check the box for "Delete all offline content".
  5. Hit the OK button.
  6. On the General tab, look under History.
  7. Click the Clear History button.
  8. Totally close ALL Internet Explorer windows.
  9. Re-open Internet Explorer and go to the desired web page.

Windows-Mozilla 1.7

  1. At the top of the screen, go to Edit-Preferences.
  2. On the left side, click the + sign next to Advanced.
  3. Click on Cache.
  4. On the right side, click the Clear Cache button.
  5. On the left side, click the + sign next to Navigator.
  6. Click on History.
  7. On the right side, click the Clear History button.
  8. Totally close ALL Mozilla windows.
  9. Re-open Mozilla and go to the desired web page.

Macintosh-Firefox 2 and 3

  1. At the top of the screen, Go to Tools-Clear Private Data and check
    "Browsing History" and "Cache".
  2. Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

Macintosh-Safari

  1. At the top of the screen, go to Safari-Empty Cache.
  2. Totally close the browser. Then re-open it and go to the desired web page.
