Windows-Firefox 2 and 3
- At the top of the screen, Go to Tools-Clear Private Data and check
"Browsing History" and "Cache".
- Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
Windows-Internet Explorer 7
- On the Menu bar at the top of the screen, go to Tools-Internet Options.
- On the General tab, look under Browsing history.
- Click the Delete... button.
- Totally close ALL Internet Explorer windows.
- Re-open Internet Explorer and go to the desired web page.
Windows-Internet Explorer 6
- On the Menu bar at the top of the screen, go to Tools-Internet Options.
- On the General tab, look under Temporary Internet Files.
- Click the Delete Files... button.
- On the next window, check the box for "Delete all offline content".
- Hit the OK button.
- On the General tab, look under History.
- Click the Clear History button.
- Totally close ALL Internet Explorer windows.
- Re-open Internet Explorer and go to the desired web page.
Windows-Mozilla 1.7
- At the top of the screen, go to Edit-Preferences.
- On the left side, click the + sign next to Advanced.
- Click on Cache.
- On the right side, click the Clear Cache button.
- On the left side, click the + sign next to Navigator.
- Click on History.
- On the right side, click the Clear History button.
- Totally close ALL Mozilla windows.
- Re-open Mozilla and go to the desired web page.
Macintosh-Firefox 2 and 3
- At the top of the screen, Go to Tools-Clear Private Data and check
"Browsing History" and "Cache".
- Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
Macintosh-Safari
- At the top of the screen, go to Safari-Empty Cache.
- Totally close the browser. Then re-open it and go to the desired web page.
