The College of Health Sciences was formed in July of 1997 and the CHS Alumni Association was formally established during the summer of 1999. Our mission statement is based on that of the University: To promote the beneficial relations among the College Alumni and to advance the bond between the College and its Alumni. |
| All persons who have received an undergraduate or graduate degree, honorary degree, or associate degree from the Department of Medical Technology, Department of Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Sciences, or the School of Nursing are members of the Association. A committee was formed to plan events during 1999, but the management of the Association will ultimately be vested in a full Board of Directors consisting of Officers and Directors. An abbreviated Board has been formed to facilitate additional planning and organization during the year 2000.
