A. Full time student at the University of Delaware.
B. A genuine interest in the purpose and goals of a particular community.
C. Demonstrate an active interest in a community and its activities.
D. Some communities have a minimum cumulative grade point average.
II. PURPOSE OF THE COMMUNITY:
Each community member must commit time for active participation and accept a community's goals and responsibilities.
III. REQUIREMENTS OF A COMMUNITY MEMBER:
A. Comply with the policies of the University of Delaware.
B. Participate in the mid-year evaluation process.
C. Attend ALL BI-WEEKLY community meetings each semester.
D. Attend at least TEN programs (or complete a comparable number of community service hours), either in your community or within the complex, a year.
E. Organize at least ONE educational or cultural activity or coordinate one community service project per year and take part in the planning of others. It is expected that the planning and execution of programs and projects will be shared equally by all the members of a community.
F. For Impact: The Service Community: Commit to community service on a regular basis as evaluated by the community Project Committee.

Priority for assignments will be given to students who have lived on campus the most semesters and those who currently live in this Unique Housing Option.
