External Program Review: November 18 – 20, 2009

Housing Assignment Services is conducting an external Program Review to identify opportunities for its future development and contribution to the University of Delaware. The Program Review should place Housing Assignment Services (HAS) in the larger context of University priorities and of developments within the housing assignment services field.  It should take into account the department’s role within the university.  It should address the major issues facing the department, comment on the compatibility of the department’s purpose, achievements, plans and goals with those of Student Life and the University’s priorities, and suggest strategies for achieving these goals.  The Program Review should also access the policies, procedures, and services within the context of best practices in the housing assignment services field.  The external review panel consists of directors from three prestigious institutions:
