The Conover Apartments

Both students with families and single graduate students live in the Conover Apartments. Family housing requests are given priority in Conover East and West. Both two-story brick apartment buildings face a common courtyard. Units are available with one or two bedrooms, furnished or unfurnished. A low-cost laundry facility is located in each building, and a small playground is provided nearby. University and community news and information are posted regularly on a bulletin board to keep residents up-to-date.

Conover Apartments can be rented on a furnished or unfurnished basis. Furnishings include window shades, a chair, a loveseat for the living room, and a dining room table and chairs. Full-size beds are provided in the one-bedroom apartments and in the large bedroom of the two-bedroom apartments. Single beds (with an 80" extra-long matress) are provided for the small bedroom of the two-bedroom apartments. Dressers, desks, and chairs are included. Unfurnished apartments include window shades only. All bedrooms are carpeted.
