Since our founding on December 12, 1986, the Alpha Beta chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at the University of Delaware has grown to become one of the most respected fraternal organizations on campus. Many of our brothers would have never considered joining a fraternity until they met members of Kappa Delta Rho. Our Brotherhood steps beyond the "Animal House" image, and is based on friendship, integrity and honor. Kappa Delta Rho is a fraternity that prides itself on individualism. Conformity does not exist!
Our Brotherhood is quite distinct. Through the use of our successful pledge program, members learn the true meaning and value of Brotherhood and together we take strides everyday to succeed in the challenges of life. Although we come from various parts of the country, we hold close relationships with each other and these relationships continuously grow, even after our college years. The Alpha Beta Chapter has initiated nearly 500 Brothers during her tenure at the University of Delaware and she will surely continue to grow.
We offer a wide array of activities to suit the needs of our diverse membership, everything from competitive intramural schedules, community service, as well as formal events. Kappa Delta Rho is committed to the academic excellence of its members while at the same time promoting their social well being. We are a fraternity whose definition is Real TRADITION, Real BROTHERHOOD, and Real FRATERNITY.
