You’ve taken the first step towards a healthier lifestyle! 


The next step is taking the Nutrition and Physical Activity surveys in
My Student Body.

Read the instructions on this page, then go to My Student Body to complete your personal profile.


The first time you use My Student Body you create an account with your user name and password. Click on Create an Account. You will be asked for a School Code:

  1. BulletIf you are a student the code is: Healthy Hens             

  2. BulletIf you are a parent, the code is: hensparent

  3. BulletIf you are U of D staff/faculty, the code is sta64136

After answering a few short questions, you’ll be able to log in to My Student Body. You’ll see 6 icons on various health topics.


Please feel free to visit all the topic sites but the Healthy HENS incentive gifts are based ONLY on the Nutrition topic.


ONLY University of Delaware students are eligible for the gift incentives.



Click on the green Nutrition icon to enter the Nutrition section. This is where you will develop your Nutrition Profile. Complete the Nutrition profile and print out the 6-page summary at the end.


Click on “Nutrition Home” at the bottom of the page to return to the Nutrition Homepage.

 

Click on “Rate Myself” in the toolbar at the center top of the Nutrition Homepage, where you’ll visit “Rate My Physical Activity.”

Complete the 2-page survey which asks questions about your current physical activity.

Print your 2-page summary.


University of Delaware students can bring the summaries from “Rate My Physical Activity” and the “Nutrition Profile” to Student Health Service (Laurel Hall) and receive a gift card. The Healthy Hens coordinator will review your information to determine if there are areas of concern in your current dietary intake or level of physical fitness. If you’d like a complete personal evaluation, leave your contact information with your Healthy Hens profile summaries.
