2014 Study Abroad Fair

Study Abroad

Is your Spanish a bit rusty? Maybe next fall is the time to take off to Argentina and finally become fluent. See all the oppertunities to study abroad at the Study Abroad Fair and discover where you will find yourself.

Where will you find yourself?

This year, the University of Delaware invites you to find your passion in Peru, your spirit of adventure in South Africa, or your independence in Italy. Explore the world via UD’s Study Abroad program, and you will earn college credits, acquire smart skills for the job market, gain new insights and perspectives, AND develop a healthy dose of self-confidence.

At the fair, you will be able to:

  • Explore 50+ programs with faculty & study abroad coordinators
  • Decide if a semester-long, winter session, summer session, or three-week UDMicromester option is best for you
  • Investigate which programs & courses meet requirements for your majors or minors
  • Discover how you can afford study abroad via scholarships & financial assistance
  • Mingle with students and faculty who just returned from UD’s 50 winter 2014 programs
  • Indulge in hot chocolate and treats that could inspire the course of your future
  • Enter to win a suitcase with a mystery prize inside! (To save time while at the fair, download a QR reader on your IPhone or Android before you arrive!)

For an extra dose of inspiration, check out pics and posts from UD students who studied abroad during winter session 2014.

In addition to the on-campus academic component, study tours include trips to Colorado, Boston, New York; and Washington, DC.

The University of Delaware has long been recognized as a leader in international education. It was an early pioneer in study abroad and now regularly hosts groups of undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from abroad providing them with creative programs blending academics and cultural enrichment.
