Larry White joined the University of Delaware as its first general counsel in 2009. He has worked for more than thirty years as a lawyer and administrator in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. At earlier stages in his career he served as University Counsel at Georgetown University; Deputy General Counsel to the University of Virginia; counsel to the Board of Regents of the University of Maryland System and Morgan State University, and Assistant Secretary and Associate Counsel at the American Association of University Professors. He has been an adjunct member of the faculties at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Georgetown University, and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Larry is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys ("NACUA"), served as a NACUA director and officer, and in 2010 was selected as the recipient of NACUA's Distinguished Service Award. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Laure Bachich Ergin joined the University of Delaware in 2010. She represents the University on a wide range of issues, including corporate, transactional, non-profit tax, real estate, academic and student affairs, athletics and employment law. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, she served for thirteen years as an attorney in the General Counsel's Office at Drexel University, also serving for four of those years as Drexel's chief compliance officer. Laure is an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, has lectured for Drexel's School of Education, and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Saint Louis University.

Lori Hill serves as Business Administrator in the Office of General Counsel and has been a member of the University community for more than a decade. Previous University of Delaware positions were in the Office of Residence Life, Office of Campus Life, and the Activities and Programs Office in the Student Centers. Prior employment outside of the university has included Legal Secretary at W. L. Gore & Associates; Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland; and Office Manager/Assistant for Business Dynamics Consulting. Lori graduated with an Associate in Arts degree from Goldey Beacom College and received her paralegal certification from the University of Delaware Paralegal Certification Program.
