The full text of the Delaware Constitution
The Delaware Code is the compilation of all statutes enacted and codified by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware. The Code consists of 31 numbered "titles" organized by subject matter. Title i4 is the Education Code. The Charter of the University of Delaware is found in Chapter 51 of Title 14. Delaware's Freedom of Information Act appears in Title 29, Chapter 100.
The Delaware Administrative Code contains compilations of regulations issued by state departments and agencies in Delaware.
Under Delaware law, the Attorney General of Delaware renders interpretive decisions construing state laws and regulations.
