Delaware Parent Leadership Institute GEAR UP parents assist Rodel Foundation staff in organizing the Delaware Parent Leadership Institute. The training occurs during three weekend-long programs and includes workshops on communications, student achievement data analysis and understanding the Delaware public education system. The Institute prepares parent leaders to develop and implement projects that increase student achievement and parent involvement.

The Parent Café The Parent Café is a support group for parents of middle and high school students seeking information and support to help their children succeed in school. The café is parent-led and guest speakers are invited to discuss such topics as school choice, organizational skills, the achievement gap, summer enrichment programs, etc.
