This document is a program guide to the PBS videoconference that will be held on Thursday, April 17, 1997, from 3-4:30 pm. The videoconference will consist of two round-robins featuring a panel of five presenters. The first round-robin will deal with Web-based learning models, and the second will focus on implementation strategies and issues. At the end of each round-robin, the panel will answer questions posed by participants attending the videoconference.
