Preventing the Nonsecure Warning in Sakai

The mixing of HTTP and HTTPS resources on the same page results in the dreaded security warning. In this case, it is just a false alarm, but I dislike it because it really interrupts your instructional flow, and I believe students will suspect something is wrong when this happens.

How can I keep the message from appearing that asks if I want to display nonsecure items? Solution: move the page into the sakai resource file instead of mount it on the Web in nonsecure space? Yes, this worked.

Or, publish the file and all of its resources in https (secure) space.

Here at UD, Copland resources can be accessed via https as well as http. Therefore, you can avoid the warning on Copland if you make all of your copland HTTP references https instead of plain http.
