Triple Play Italian

Triple Play Plus! from Syracuse Language Systems uses a multimedia language immersion approach to help you learn Italian. It includes speech recognition which gives instant analysis and immediate feedback to help pronunciation and retention of new words and phrases. it includes record-and-playback features that let you compare yourself to native speakers to improve your accent. It includes speaking and pronunciation games, listening comprehension games, and reading comprehension games.

The main menu screen consists of a somewhat confusing collection of strips of rectangular pictures. The way to proceed is to:

1.   Select a mode of play from the top pictures:Aural Comprehension, Reading, and Automatic Speech Recognition

2.   Select a subject of interest. The subjects are:          1.food
         2.numbers
         3.home & office
         4.places & transportation
         5.people & clothing
         6.activities

3.   Select a Game from level I to level III.
