Role-play Project Information
Throughout the semester, you
and a partner will be practicing and presenting role-plays in class.
You are required to tape-record and submit one of those role-plays
for a grade. This taped role-play project is due by Jan.
15 (T).

Then, choose one role-play
topic from the following list of topics:

Practice the role-play topic until
you and your partner feel confident with your conversation. You can
practice and record as many times as you want until the due date (Jan.
15).

On or before Jan.
15 you need to submit a tape cassette with the role-play conversation
recorded on it that you and your partner want graded. Please
remember to record your names (first and last) on the tape before you begin
recording your role-play scenario.

If you
do not have access to a tape recorder, equipment will be made available
for you to use. Additional information can be found on WebCT or check
with your instructor.

The role-play
conversation between you and your partner should be approximately 3-5 minutes
in length. The topics for this conversation are role-play scenarios
you have been practicing in class. Feel free to expand on them by
adding as much relevant information as possible to comply with the 3-5
minute length requirement.
